Effective July 1, 2023 Carilion Clinic Trauma Services will change Trauma Alerting names. This will be applicable to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. There will be no changes to the alerting criteria at this time; this only affects the alert name.

Gold Alerts will change to - Level 1 Trauma (Alert)

Trauma Alerts will change to – Level 2 Trauma (Alert)

Pediatric Gold Alerts will change to- Level 1 Pediatric Trauma (Alert)

Pediatric Trauma Alerts will change to- Level 2 Pediatric Trauma (Alert)
